Catallysts - Business Development Role (2-5 yrs)
Brief :
Identify and meet prospective customers for promoting business development and sales of the CEEI executive education through phone and/or visits. Conduct necessary research to identify customer needs and wants and position CEEI to fit into customer requirements of target market and arrane meeting with prospective clients. Be able to handhold and convince top and senior management decision makers like CEOs, Managing Directors, HR heads, Heads of Learning & development and other functional heads and guide them through the program activities at regular intervals and within deadlines for business development and sales. Influence and create awareness about executive education programs of The CEEI and generate interest / appointments through relationship and rapport building. Program Management through counseling. Prepare pitching documents, project proposals and project contracts as per project requirements. Relationship management with key accounts. Provide after sales service for up-sales and cross sales. Develop sales executives to valuable salesperson. Maintaining CRM updated.
Responsibilities :
- Maneuvering through the organization to connect with the right party contact and create necessary relationship for doing business
- Conducting research and prospecting for business through phone, setting up meetings and conducting client meetings
- Sales through upselling and cross selling for existing clients and on-boarding new clients
- Maintaining relationship and rapport with existing accounts, The CEEI alumni and HR managers of clients
- Generating interest in programs and pitching right programs for clients
- Gather market intelligence for coming up with new offerings
- Scheduling appointment(s)
Languages Required:
Proficiency English & Hindi is a must.

Qualification :
MBA (pursuing/completed)
Experience :
2-5 years of experience of program/project management and advisory, preferably in education sector
