CashRich - Senior Relationship Manager (3-5 yrs)
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Senior Relationship Manager to help us build up our business activities. Your responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Your role requires a deep understanding of financial markets and researching suitable investment opportunities for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Actively connect with new and existing clients to understand their financial goals and improve their investment portfolios.
- Provide personalized recommendations and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and growth.
- Set up meetings with potential clients both in person and virtual
- Research and approach new partnerships to expand CashRich's business reach.
- Awareness of the latest fintech trends and opportunities
- Monitor financial market trends to ensure that clients are updated on important development
Requirements:
- Proven experience of minimum 3 years in financial products especially Mutual Funds
- Effective communication skills (both oral and written)
- Prior experience in acquiring & selling financial products (MF, Insurance) to HNIs
- Natural flair for sales and investments
- Hands-on experience with CRM software would be an advantage
