CashOS - Manager - Partner Relations (4-10 yrs)
The candidate will lead all channel Partner relations to drive revenue for the company and appoint new partners in New Countries. It could involve Channel Partner lead generations, Partnering, Training and Empowering Partners to work with Clients Locally
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for closing the leads to revenue-generating opportunities through Channel Partners.
- The role would involve setting up meetings, demo, address any questions, signing contracts with Channel Partner and their customers.
- The role would involve not only new Partners acquisition but also nurturing the already acquired Partners and build relationships and explore upgrading the footprint
- Hiring and training the team
- Set goals and work with the team to achieve the goals
- Be a bridge between the leadership and the team in helping achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Work with other teams such as Technology, Support to bring the best experience to customers
Requirement :
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in relevant areas
- Having experience in building and leading teams
- Quick learner
- Ability and strong adaptability to work in a start-up environment
- Must have proven communication skills
