CashOS - Customer Success Manager - B2B Product Marketing (5-10 yrs)
Job brief: The candidate will lead all Customer interactions post sale
Responsibilities :
- Candidate will be responsible for all customer interactions post sale
- Primary responsibility is to help, assist, enable Customers to leverage CashOS for their success
- Key deliverable for this position would be the number of references, success stories, case studies we can generate
- The role would also include the follow through in preparing the finalising these deliverables
- Work with other teams such as Sales, Marketing, BD, Technology, Support where required
Requirements :
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in relevant areas
-Having experience in account management, customer success areas
- Ability and strong adaptability to work in a startup environment
- Must have proven communication skills
