We are looking for a young digital marketing professional, who will implement all deals and promotion offers for EarnKaro on social media. The position represents an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong analytical abilities to work in a

fast-paced entrepreneurial set-up in an ever-growing E-commerce field. This role will suit an ambitious, hardworking, and highly driven individual who has a proven track record of working within a role of this nature.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Uploading deals and promotions on Company's website.

- Analysis and tracking of offers and campaigns.

- Making retailers live on the website and pausing/resuming campaigns.

- Maintaining and updating offers on the website.

- Co-ordinate with clients and affiliate networks for deals and offers.

- Monitor and analyze the strategies for better market penetration.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.

- Good communication skills - MUST be able to write effective ad copies.

- Experience in Online Marketing for e-commerce portals would be an added advantage.

- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ideal candidate would be required to work on and implement large-scale campaigns and their full-scale optimization on regular basis, well within deadlines.

- Excellent quantitative skills: Ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns for ROI independently.

- Knowledge-seeker: Incumbent should be able to keep himself/herself up to date with new features and opportunities in Digital Marketing.

- Quick learner: Should be able to quickly understand new features/technology and implement the same.

- Team player & Ownership: Should be a team player with a strong sense of ownership of the responsibilities assigned.
