Cashify - Executive - Social Media (2-3 yrs)
We are looking at an individual who will be responsible for managing all social media channels, campaigns, and team members to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience engagement. The incumbent will also be responsible for researching and analyzing social media trends to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. He/she will also work with various company departments to promote the brand through social media channels.
Responsibilities:
1) Oversee all company social media accounts management
2) Propose engaging, creative, innovative ideas and regularly schedule posts to enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
3) Coordinate social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
4) Work in collaboration with other social media team members
5) Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
6) Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
7) Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
8) Be as responsive as possible to all messages and comments across all social channels
Skills & Qualifications:
1) Degree in Marketing or Social Media
2) Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Advertising, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing
3) Sound interpersonal skills
4) Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
5) Strong Customer Service Skills
6) Prior Experience of Social Media Management
