Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible to handle social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. for customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Interact with customers via Calls, Chats, WhatsApp and resolve them.
- Identify and escalate issues
- Handle issues to the social media platforms and resolving their issues on time.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Follow company process accurately and efficiently
Experience and Qualifications Required :
- Excellent in MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Education:
- Graduation in any stream
