Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to provide quick resolutions to customer queries. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
Job Responsibilities :
- To provide Call/Email support to customers of the company.
- Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
- Handling customer queries and reverting to the same as per TAT.
