Job Description : We are looking for a Social Media - Customer Service Specialist who can monitor and control online activities of a company's brand image to make sure favorable reviews stand above.
Job Responsibilities :
- Handling of Social Media Queries and escalation on all platforms.
- Should be capable enough to talk to customer with proper resolution and convert complaints into feedback.
- Handling customer queries and reverting to the same as per TAT.
- Maintain data on daily basis.
Skills Required :
- Good Communication skills both in Spoken & Written.
- Basic knowledge of MS office
- Customer centric mindset
- Pleasant persona
