CasaOne - Manager - Sales Operations (4-8 yrs)

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Sales Ops Associate who will thrive in a fast-growing start-up environment. As a Sales Ops Associate, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Role
- Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and the Product teams to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
- Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
- Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
- Create and deliver powerful presentations that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
- Built cross-functional relationships to enhance sales channels and overall sales performance
- Sales administration: Proposal and contract management, contract governance.
- Collect and document competitive intelligence
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-7 years of Prior work experience in an Account Management, Inside Sales or Sales ops role
- Good grasp on Excel PowerPoint or other presentation tools
- Flexible with work timings and availability
- Great Communication skills
- Good Analytical ability
Good to have
- Previous experience working with International markets is a plus
- Previous start up experience and program management experience will be a plus.
- Experience working with tools like Slack, CRM, Freshdesk will be a plus.
