CASA Sales Officer - Bank (1-4 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic CASA Sales Officer to drive the acquisition and growth of Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) at our bank. This role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting our banking products in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new CASA customers and expand the bank's customer base.
- Identify potential leads, build relationships, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for CASA products.
- Offer personalized banking solutions and excellent customer service.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation in any discipline (mandatory).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Age: 21 to 32 years.
- Location: Local candidates preferred.
