CarWale - Custom Brand Solutions Role (2-4 yrs)
1. Interpret brief from Key Account Managers and clients to understand the brand positioning, key Marketing Challenge, Brand/Initiative Objective and resources available
2. Conceptualising digital led strategies and solutions to address client/brand requirements
3. Working closely with the sales teams on brand briefs development, Intellectual Properties on the channels, Branded Content & Integrations, and Multimedia 360 degree solutions
4. Research (primary as well as secondary) to understand the user behaviour and varying industry perspectives.
5. Keeping abreast with the current digital trends in national and international markets and capable of replicating / developing the same for the company's clients and channels
6. Drive ideation across all relevant businesses (media, content, social media, on- ground events, etc.) through brainstorming sessions, along with the relevant stakeholders.
7. Establishing good industry connections with talent, artists, production houses, influencers.
8. Maintaining relationships with vendors and liaising with them for end to end execution of ideas
9. Create complete media solution proposal for the brand including rollout plan, budgets, logistics, etc. and secure approval basis suggested changes, if any.
10. Execute agreed plan through key stakeholders in all relevant vehicles.
11. Having a deep understanding of how to create business driven creative solutions
Capabilities Needed
This role needs a balance of very strong marketing/brand creativity and commercial acumen. It will be required to understand the challenges facing a brand and recommend effective solutions for the same within the resources indicated (and to maximize revenues for the group).
It will require working closely with
1. The Sales Team
2. Internal Support Teams like Design, Development and Product teams of all businesses to propose solutions that are within the brand and Editorial guidelines of each product.
3. Our Editorial Team responsible for the execution of our annual on-ground events.
4. Social Media & Marketing for brands requiring a multi-media amplification solution.
5. It will also require interactions with the Events and Supply Chain teams to understand the logistical and technical constraints of proposed solutions.
Ideal Candidate
1. You have a Master's Degree in Business, Marketing or General Management.
2. You have at least 1 years of solid experience in brand solutions and marketing in Media Industry
3. You have a strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements and their business sales.
4. You have demonstrated experience in developing brand and marketing strategies as well as providing recommendations to the team.
5. You stay up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
6. You are a rapid learner with ability to work both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
7. You possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish connections and working relationships across teams.
8. You have a creative and strategic mind set to produce innovative and original campaign ideas.
9. You are driven by data and have an affinity for numbers.
