Job Description
- The person shall be responsible for selling insurance policies aimed at insuring motor vehicles against varying risks, including but not limited to thefts, accidents, damage, and vandalism.
- His/her JD entails speaking with prospective clients (over calls) so as to explain and sell insurance policies to them; helping them to determine the policy that is best for them in the light of their needs and financial status.
Key Roles:
- Suggesting and selling new auto insurance policies to meet the changing and varying needs of (prospective) clients
- Sale of auto renewal policy
- Generate new leads (cold calling), along with work on leads provided by the company
Skills and abilities:
- Good communication skills; ability to commence communication
- Ability to aggressively sell policies
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Ability to persuade the client to buy the policy
- Strong analytical skill in order to understand insurance policies and explain them to prospective clients
- Good marketing skills
- Remuneration: Rs.8,000-11,000 per month, along with attractive incentives based on achieving targets
