- Looking after their maintenance work as well as execution (civil & MEP) work end to end for upcoming projects.
- Driving of the complete life cycle for a New Store Opening (Retail / Commercial Space): Feasibility Study - Scouting of location - Signing of Term Sheet - Negotiations with the Landlord - KYC Verification - Branding Approvals - Agreement Execution & Registration - Scope of Work (Landlord and Company) - Negotiation and Execution of Lease Agreements, Franchisee Agreements.
- Deep Understanding of the Real Estate Market with understanding of the market commercials
- Building Relationship with key stake holders - Landlords, Developers and authorities.
- Re-negotiate the rentals from landlords and convert the annual savings
- Store Design, Internal and External Branding Company design conceptualization, branding guidelines .
