- Engage with local sales officers, accompany them on market visits, and explore new branding and marketing opportunities.

- Analyze market, consumer, and competitive data to inform marketing communications and strategic decisions.

- Review and provide feedback on promotional materials to ensure alignment with the marketing plan.

- Oversee the implementation of marketing and advertising plans for effective market execution.

- Collaborate with creative agencies, sharing insights from sales teams and market trends.

- Develop new marketing and advertising plans based on market visits, media analysis, and competitive landscape.

- Ensure robust brand visibility in dealer shops through various branding methods.

- Gain expertise in the sales and distribution processes to align marketing efforts strategically.

- Induct, train, and mentor new sales officers and heads about the brand, ensuring adherence to brand standards.

- Utilize all available resources efficiently to maximize the impact of marketing activities while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

You must :

- Have approx. 2yrs of experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in the steel or related industry.

- Have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market and consumer data.

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with sales teams and vendors.

- Be able to travel frequently and conduct market visits.

- Have strong project management skills with attention to detail and quality.
