Carnation InfoTech - IT Sales Role (15-20 yrs)
Sales & New Business Development (US)
Job Summary :
- This candidate will be responsible for the generating New Business in US Geography by designing strategic initiatives, tactically deploy, implement and coordinate sales initiatives and activities within the Employer Segment; in order to ensure growth of market share, revenue and referrals.
- This is a new business development position.
Major Responsibilities :
- Identify target accounts and execute a plan to penetrate those accounts via a consultative selling process.
- Interact with C-Suite prospect executives to accomplish needed objectives.
- Has the tactics to expand the existing accounts by developing relationships
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with customers regarding relevant service and equipment needs and provide solutions through consultation that will provide value and growth for the customer and One Call Care Management.
- Creation of new sales leads and revenue.
- Follow up and execution on leads provided.
- Enhance the results of ongoing lead generation and prospecting processes.
- Develop and oversee of proposal material, presentation material, and stewardship reporting, data, and presentation material.
- Provide weekly status reports pertaining to significant account activity performed.
Mandatory Requirements:
Prior US - Sales experience is must with a proven ability to serve as a - trusted advisor- to prospects and existing clients. Must have effective leadership skills, demonstrated experience with reports and metrics developments, and a recent plus minimum of 10+ years of US- IT Sales, knowledge, or experience is needed.

BE + MBA is desirable
