Carl Zeiss - Cluster Head/Manager - Sales (8-15 yrs)
- A Sales Cluster Manager is responsible for leading a team of Sales Specialists and achieving sales targets for a specific geographic region of Hospital Retail Channel.
Key Responsibilities and Duties :
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business goals
- Hiring, training, and managing a team of sales Specialists
- Setting sales targets and tracking performance against those targets
- Building relationships with key customers/ophthalmologists and managing customer accounts
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Providing regular sales reports and updates to management
- Drive Partnership Programs & new concepts in the region
