Carl Zeiss - Business Partnership Program Role (5-8 yrs)
1. Concept pitch to customers on Partnership Program
- To explain the program details to customers so that footprints of ZVC | ZVE | ZVP can be increased
- To ensure that the program details are well explained to the customer with live examples and success stories
- To follow up with sales team for leads generation
2. Customer Onboarding process to be executed as per process & guidelines
- To ensure that all required agreements and documents are signed off by the customer.
- To coordinate with legal department and ensure all agreements are signed and uploaded on SFDC, as per process.
3. To ensure that all Components of ZEISS Business Partnership Program is executed within the defined time frame.
- To prepare the Gantt Chart of each onboarded customer under Business Partnership Program.
- To coordinate with different department like Digital Team, Trade Marketing Team etc. and ensure that all Success Components are executed as per timeline
- To come up with innovative ideas on what additional component can be introduced in Business Partnership program which can add value
- To ensure that all ZVE's have strong presence on GMB
- To keep monthly calls with every ZVE's and understand their feedback on the program
- To keep monthly trackers on the execution and share feedback to management, concerned ZVE and local sales team
4. Retail updates on business partners
- Should have knowledge and understanding of new updates in Optical Retail Business
- To ensure that ZEISS Vision Analysis is performed in each ZVC & ZVE
5. Design thinking on retail network on how to increase their revenue & differentiate from other stores
- To monitor sales and target achievement (month on month) of ZVC | ZVE | ZVP
- To come up with innovative marketing ideas to increase the retail sales of customers under the program
- To be in constant touch with marketing team and implement new ideas in ZVE's
- To ensure that ZVE's can see the essence of the program and can see ZEISS value addition to their practice.
6. Coordination with sales & marketing team on lead generation to onboard new business partners
- To follow up with sales team on leads generation
- To give quarterly targets to regions and ensure proper follow up with prospects
- To define the marketing campaign which can boost the leads generation for ZVE channel
7. Business Automation - Helping partners on being digitally enabled
- To ensure that the program is Digitally enabled, and all processes are automated
8. Create consumer connect with partners by effective utilization of marketing and consumer offers
- To roll out exclusive consumer offers for ZVE's
- To ensure effective implementation of any marketing initiatives in ZVE's
- Should be updated about the changed consumer behavior and ensure that ZVE's are properly updated and ready with these changes.
