About Profile:
We're looking for a professional who has experience with advertising and revenue generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing all aspects of our advertising needs for the organization including creative direction and administrative tasks.
Job Description:
- Build strategies to implement advertising plans ensuring revenue generation.
- Consistently building plans regarding Advertisements (placement of ad, size of ad and types of advertisements) to ensure revenue generation.
- Planning, forecasting and strategizing Media buying
- Set budgeting goals, prepare cost estimates for Campaigns, measure ad effectiveness and optimize if needed.
- Work with department heads and/or staff to discuss topics such as budgets and contracts, marketing plans, and the selection of advertising media.
- Collaborate with prospective clients, introduce and pitch the Advertising Campaign.
- Evaluate the visual and contextual aspects of websites/platforms used for Advertising campaigns or layouts, and advise improvement if required.
- Identify scope and drive critical projects and initiatives for partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization.
- Collaborate with the Product, Marketing, Ad Sales teams in successfully launching integrated strategies.
- Negotiate and implementing advertising contracts.
- Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for businesses
- Develop pricing strategies for products or services marketed to the target customers
- Support sales teams on medium/long-term planning including business potential, resourcing and org design
- Direct the hiring of advertising, promotions, and marketing staff and oversee their daily activities
- Working with staff members, clients, to establish and meet projects goals and establish and enforce budgets and timelines.
- Developing advertising strategies to increase buyer interest in products or services.
- Monitoring project progress from planning to execution to ensure it remains focused and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Initiating and directing research efforts.
- Collecting and analysing data and presenting it to other parties, including management and clients.
- Providing expert advice on marketing and advertising methods for new or existing products or services.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field required
- 3+ years' experience in managerial role required
- 7+ years' experience in service industry advertising preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- In-depth understanding of advertising artwork and copywriting
- Ability to manage multiple teams and professionals efficiently
- Understanding of design and marketing principles and techniques.
- Ability to develop strategies based on industry trends and developments.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, especially when working with multiple projects/teams.
- Excellent management, negotiation, listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Decisiveness and strong problem solving skills, especially under stress.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- Solid sales and presentation skills.
- Experience on advertising and marketing on the latest social and business platforms.
