Cargo Solution Express - Sales Role - eCommerce Vertical (1-10 yrs)
The shift Timings will be from Noon onwards
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team. This role requires a solid background in managing and optimizing online sales channels, specifically focusing on listing and selling products on Amazon and our self-owned website. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketing strategies, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. This would be first of many products we are looking to launch in the market.
Responsibilities :
E-commerce Channel Management :
1. Oversee the end-to-end management of our online sales channels, with a primary focus on Amazon, Flipkart and our self-owned website.
2. Create and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and keywords.
3. Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
4. Implement and optimize pricing strategies, promotions, and discounts to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
5. Continuously analyze and improve channel performance, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Amazon Seller Central Management :
1. Manage all aspects of the Amazon Seller Central account, including product listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
2. Monitor Amazon's policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance and resolving any issues or violations.
3. Stay updated on the latest Amazon trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize product visibility and rankings.
4. Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
5. Utilize advertising tools, such as Sponsored Products and Amazon Marketing Services, to drive traffic and sales.
Website Management :
1. Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams to enhance the functionality and user experience of our self-owned website.
2. Manage product catalog, pricing, and inventory synchronization between the website and other sales channels.
3. Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
4. Monitor website analytics and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting:
1. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all e-commerce channels, providing regular reports to the management team.
2. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth based on sales data, customer behavior, and market research.
3. Utilize data insights to develop actionable strategies and recommendations for increasing sales and improving overall performance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing e-commerce channels, specifically listing and selling products on Amazon and self-owned websites.
3. In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms.
4. Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising.
5. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
8. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
9. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
