Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager with a background in the health industry. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Medical Representative or Health Care Sales Representatives who have worked with firms dealing in health tracking apps, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships to drive our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Duties:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and approach potential clients, including senior communities, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in senior living and healthcare services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
Marketing Duties:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our services.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging materials, including brochures, social media content, and newsletters.
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and community outreach programs to raise awareness about our services.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure a competitive edge.
Strategic Leadership:
- Work closely with senior management to align sales and marketing strategies with organizational goals.
- Develop partnerships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Train and mentor junior team members or sales representatives, as needed.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales and marketing performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field would be an added advantage. A background in healthcare or related industries is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or as Health Care Sales Representatives in firms linked to health tracking apps, pharma, or healthcare services.
- Strong sales and marketing acumen with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Mumbai market, particularly areas with a senior demographic, is a plus.
