Job Purpose
Develop and implement company's Digital Marketing strategy to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. Researches and analyses digital media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve digital media presence and campaign efficacy. Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through variuos media channels.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for planning and implementing overall digital marketing strategies for company's SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
2. Oversees all company social media accounts management. This might include blogging, creating social media profiles, managing regular posts, organizing social media campaigns and responding to followers
3. Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts (on website, blogs etc.), which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
4. Coordinates social media messaging regularly to promote company as a brand
5. Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
6. Works with other departments to develop timelines coinciding with new product/service releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
7. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
8. Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within digital media spaces
9. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum relevant experience of 3-6 years
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc.)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Advertising, Sales Promotion, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience
- Copywriting, Content Creation, Proofreading and Editing Skills is preferable
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills
- Should be able to read and write in Telugu
