Business Development Associate:
Our company is looking for a Business Development Associate responsible for generating leads and meeting sales targets. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
Responsibilities :
- Present, promote and sell our services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients
- Should be open to field work
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships
- Reach out to Doctor leads through cold calling and meeting them in person
- Work on finding new avenues for generating leads
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements and Skills :
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in medical/healthcare field would be a plus
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- A candidate should have a Graduate Degree or an MBA.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel
