Careerlabs - Technical Content Strategist (3-4 yrs)
As a Content Strategist at CareerLabs, you will demonstrate your expertise in planning, developing and designing content to attract and engage internal and external stakeholders. You will use your strategic and creative skills to define the organisation's content needs, enhance and drive the voice of our brand.
Job Description :
- Research, analyse and create a comprehensive content strategy for the product.
- Design, create and edit content that is suited to the products and services offered by the company.
- Should have an understanding of the theories and practices of online learning.
- Analyze consumer behavior to identify the best strategies for engaging users by designing content for the targeted audience.
- Set up quality check parameters to assess the effectiveness of existing content.
- Analyze content gaps to determine what content is missing and what is needed.
- Coordinate with developers, editors, subject matter experts and media team to design and deliver technical content in an engaging manner.
Required Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and subjects is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good research skills.
- Project management and content strategy experience.
- Should have relevant work experience creating and editing technical content for target audiences.
- The ability to work independently and to adhere to deadlines to deliver project deliverables.
- Ability to collaborate with others and drive team performance.
- Excellent analytical skills.
