Senior Sales Manager

As a Senior Manager at Sales in CareerLabs, you will be the owner of some of the key growth Products of the company. You will be leading the growth sales team for specific product lines. Your approach will be strategic at one end and execution outcome oriented process at the other end.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Strategy: Strategizing the Business and managing revenue of the assigned Vertical.

- Planning: Create a state wise annual sales plan aligned with the Company's business plan and build strategies to achieve desired Volume.

- Risk Mitigation Planning: Identify and develop risk mitigation plans to achieve the business objectives.

- Team Management: Capability Building Build highly energized and effective sales teams through mentoring / coaching/ hand holding and various capability building mechanisms to achieve top line growth.

- Problem Solving: Provide direction to the Sales teams and debottleneck the issues to achieve their annual targets.

- Design & Own Sales Experience for Customer: Facilitate teams to analyse various customer touch points in order to create a positive gap between customer expectation and experience.

- Stakeholder Management: Closely liaise with Sales Ops, Recruitment and Quality Assurance team, Channel retail finance and marketing teams to ensure availability of sales enablers.

- Sales Enablement: Liaison with EMI vendors for smoother disbursement of payments. Monitor and improve Employee engagement scores by execution of the plans based on the engagement survey. Build a culture of accountability, complete ownership and inspire teams, in which the team members feel self-motivated and go out of way to achieve results without compromising on the process.

FITMENT CHECKS :

- Work Experience: 3+ Years of Experience in Edtech

- Preferred Domain : EdTech

- Working Days: 5.5 Days / Week including weekends (EdTech)

EXPERIENCE WITH TOOLS :

- CRM : Leadsquared or others

- Good Analytical capability with Excel for Data Analytics
