ROLE DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

In CareerLabs we are looking for a Sales Trainer who can provide coaching and training to empower the continued career development of the Sales Team

RESPONSIBILITIES : 

- Provide coaching and training to empower the continued career development of the Sales Team

- Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success leadership to ensure that team members are equipped to sell training services

- Design and maintain consistent processes that allow for ease of selling, booking, delivering, and tracking training

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with our services

- Forecast training capacity to allow continued expansion of the team

SKILLS TO HAVE : 

- Proven ability to coach and develop team members

- Experience in designing and delivering training services

- Excellent track record of collaborating across the organization

- Experience with CRM products is a plus.

UG:Any Graduate

JOB LOCATION: Bangalore
