Founded by the ex-leadership team of BYJU- S, CareerLabs is on a mission to create a larger impact in the college space led by serial entrepreneur PN Santosh, alumni of ISB and the team from IIM Bangalore, University of Michigan amongst others. Since our beginning, we have been making waves in the last 1 year. With a 100 member team, we were able to reach out to 1 lakh+ students; 30000+ active users and 3000+ paid subscribers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION : 

Do you have excellent English writing skills? Are you a creative thinker with lots of innovative ideas for content? Do you excel in writing well-researched, engaging SEO pieces and academic papers? Are you a proponent of grammatical correctness? Can- t stand the thought of using - your- instead of - you- re- ? Would you happily ditch grandiose language for stylistic simplicity, concision and economy of words?

RESPONSIBILITIES : 

- Create SEO optimized, concise, and innovative headlines and body copy

- Turn dull, unexciting content into eye-catching and engaging articles

- Research and organize facts and sources

- Brainstorm and collaborate with team for new ideas and strategies

- Build a following for brand on social media with creative work

- Research markets and industries to compare and create content original content

- Collaborate with content managers and designers to ensure brand voice and consistency

- Write a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.)

- Research new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities

REQUIRED SKILLS AND PARAMETERS :

- Excellent grasp of the English language

- Creative and innovative thinking, planning

- Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO

- Confident in producing work across multiple digital platforms

- Ability to actively assist the team members when needed to accomplish team goals

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and Self-motivated

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs

- Good to have [Familiarity with the GRE, GMAT, and other competitive exams AND/OR Experience in the international test prep industry.]
