Daily job responsibilities:
1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our services
2.Turning potential leads into sales using effective communication skills.
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
4. Promote new campaigns and advertise them over the phone.
5. Co-ordinate with the marketing team and making strategies to pursue them.
6. Resolve customer queries and provide support.
7. Use CRM to effectively achieve your daily objectives.
8. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
9. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
Incentives :
5% commission on every successful conversion.
