Career Counselor Responsibilities :

- To help students decide suitable on employment & career choices

- To conduct intake assessments to help determine the students, administer and advocate vocational strength and other weaknesses

- To offer advice on obtaining career goals, administer and advocate vocational aptitude and other career tests

- Collaborate with students to develop individual career plans and provide counselling to students in other areas that may affect his/her career choice

- Evaluate students abilities and interests through aptitude assessments, interviews and individual planning

- Refer students and parents outside institute to resources outside the institute for additional support

Key Requisites :

Good communication skills :

- Analytical thinking with good command over language.

- 0-3 years experience in Education counselling

Mode of counselling : Online till smooth operations resume.
