Career Counsellor - Sales - Education (5-6 yrs)
Should be ready to work from college. Must have masters in psychology.
The Job involves following activities by Career Counsellor:
1. Administering personality and career development tests to students
2. Must have knowledge of Thomas Assessment.
3. Provide career counselling and career development sessions for graduates and alumni.
4. Develop career development programs that will help students in exploring and planning career options.
5. Work with students on their needs for career development.
6. Conduct training, workshops, lectures, presentations, and other events to develop career planning and employability skills for students.
7. Develop positive working relationships with faculty, administrative and co-workers to achieve desired goals.
8. Coordinate with academic advisors to help students in making career choices based on their academic majors.
9. Research and analyse current employment trends in various industries / Government organisations.
10. Execute outreach programs to promote career services among students.
11. Any other activities necessary for Students Development.
