Career Clinic - Education Counselor - Sales (1-10 yrs)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, persuasive and competitive admission counselor to develop sales strategies and attract new students for admissions. The incumbent will be responsible for influencing prospective students to enroll for various programs in top universities across the world. You will be playing a pivotal role in increasing admissions.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Gets the sales conversion using various customer sales methods (inbound, Referrals, outbound, presentations, networking etc.)
- Contact potential students to inform them about relevant programme using pre approved scripts to provide correct information about the various features of the programme and their benefits.
- Cold calling the prospects using a given database to register the students.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the student's requirement.
- Facilitate administrative requirements throughout the student journey like documentation application, Visa etc.
- Maintain and expand student database within your assigned territory.
- Participate in exhibitions or Education fairs on behalf of the company to enhance the Brand Awareness of the company.
- Negotiate/Close deals and handle complaints or objections (if any).
