The Job
Job Description :
- This is a front-line sales position and is responsible for direct revenue conversion
- Providing counseling to all walk-ins viz students/ parents be an interface between and the prospective candidates
- Assisting the prospective customers to choose the right program and helping them in the registration process. This involves follow-up calls to the visited candidates
- Ensure maintaining the business targets and other front office compliance
- Ensure that Centre targets are at a level to meet the overall objectives of the organization
- Dedicated Sales performance against assigned target
- Involves outbound calls for support walk-in generation
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Career Counselling & Placement role, ideally within the Education industry.
- Experience within Admissions, Placements & Career Management and Online learning would be a strong advantage.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
