Career Advisor - Sales - Education (1-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Calling potential Skill seekers to learn about the career path, he/she is interested in and suggest the best training firm and the course based on their personalized needs.
- Acting as a career advisor/mentor for the programs handled.
- Understanding profile of the prospects / understanding skill needs of prospect / probing, educating and sharing thorough information about the courses.
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. Which includes, cold calling, need identification, course and training partner discussion, objection handling, sales closing, and post sales relationship management.
- Maintaining a detailed report on daily basis on our internal software applications
- Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat and social media during the pre sales and post sales processes.
- Involves cold calling as well as calling the leads generated by the Digital Team.
- Close coordination with Corporate Alliance and other concerned departments.
- Handling discussions with training partners for closures wherever needed.
- Handling daily reports and fee related matters.
Skills Required :
- Go-getters with Excellent communication skills (English proficiency)
- Minimum around 1 years of experience in selling training programs (B2C)
- Experience in process-oriented sales.
- Knack for identifying hot leads through well-articulated conversations.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what company is offering to its prospective skill seekers and close admissions.
- Approachable and vibrant personality
- Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy
- Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times
