Care24 is a leading in-home healthcare patient-care service provider serving ~900 patients/day in Mumbai and Delhi. We offer medical care at home, workplace or travel including consultations, nursing, attendant care, Infant Care, Physiotherapy, diagnostic lab, equipment and pharmacy through its 1500+ specially trained medical and paramedic professionals. Care24 has aggressive plans to grow PAN India and grow 4-6X in the coming 2 years.

Job Description :
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Set individual sales targets with sales team
- Audit sales calls and suggest improvements, increase sales conversion rate
- Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual champs
- Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
- Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
- Evaluate performance of sales champs
- Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
- Plan and direct sales team training
- Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
- Generate timely sales reports
- Develop pricing schedules and rates
- Formulate sales policies and procedures
- Help prepare budgets
- Control expenses and monitor budgets
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
- Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills in order to identify understand and address operational and technical issues.
- 5 yrs+ experience in sales from Insurance/Healthcare/Banking/Edtech industry.
- Should also posses experience in data analysis and report generation.
- The candidate should be a graduate from any field.

- Good with data analytics and report generation.
- Healthcare Industry background will be preferred.
- Good with Excel.
