Location: Delhi (Saket)
Job Description :
- Coordinate and provide solutions to customer that is timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and customer-centric.
- Facilitate multiple care aspects (case coordination, information sharing, etc).
- Help patients make informed decisions by acting as their advocate regarding their clinical status and treatment options.
- Develop effective working relations and cooperate with operations team throughout the entire case management process.
- Take the extra mile and interact with patients to keep track of their progress and to ensure satisfaction.
- Record cases information, complete accurately all necessary forms and produce statistical reports.
- Promote quality and cost-effective interventions and outcomes.
- Assess and address motivational and psychosocial issues.
- Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate must have the ability to communicate with a range of people using a variety of communication methods.
- Excellent written skills for writing reports.
- Passion for working with people and providing person-centred care.
- Capacity to work under pressure and to take a problem-solving approach to work.
- Effective organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise your own and others workload.
- Understanding of accountability to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Skills :
- Any Graduate (Management stream will be a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in end to end customer handling/customer account management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
