Job Description :
- Generate quality leads through telephonic calling to new and existing clients of our company
- Social Media Networking experience and build the rapport with the potential customers
- Handling Emails and Chat support in the new emerging market geographies.
- Records each call/Communication on CRM software, as per company's policies and procedures
- Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner, if necessary and close them.
Essential Requirements :
- Experience of at least 0.6 M Exp. required in outbound telesales process, preferably from International Voice process
- Possess good communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to handle pressure and complete targets on monthly basis.
- Have a good positive attitude-should be committed to the work.
- BPO/Call Center experience required
- Perform other duties as assigned.
