Job Purpose :

This position will overlook the sales contribution through the Dealer channel in the given geographical area.

Responsibility :

- Handling sales dealer account for Ashok Leyland, Tata Motors, Mitsubishi, Daimler, Volvo Trucks

- Generate & exceed assigned Revenue targets per month.

- Cultivate new large accounts in the region.

- Managing lead flow exhaustion for dealers in his particular region.

- Dealer Management-Retention and empanelment.

- Competition Analysis-Analysis and studying competitors on timely basis.

- Customer Relationship Management-Building relationships and retention.

- Mentoring the entire team for better productivity and target achievement.

Skills/Qualifications :

- Candidates with FMCG & Automotive exposure at a managerial level

Education Qualification : MBA (Tier I/ II B-schools) (B Tech/ BE preferred)

- Good communication skills

- Strong planning ability & customer orientation.

- Thorough on problem solving abilities & negotiation skills.

- Excellent with PowerPoint presentations

- Go getter with hands-on sales approach.
