Carcrew - Manager - Digital Marketing/SEO/Google Analytics (3-7 yrs)
We are looking for a seasoned/experienced Campaign Manager (PPC/SEM specialist) and SEO specialist, based out of our Mumbai HQs. Someone with at least 3-7 years of experience having worked with fast-paced ad-tech agencies or companies in a dynamic, high-performance work atmosphere.
- Proficiency in managing PPC accounts on AdWords, AdCenter - (primary proficiency).
- Should be able to manage both Search and Display campaigns.
- Exposure to and hands-on experience managing AdWords retargeting/remarketing campaigns is a must.
- Should be well versed in implementing ad-extensions like Call-Outs, site links, Structured Snippets, etc.
- Proficiency in running ads, maintaining pages, and creating social engagement on Facebook (secondary proficiency).
- Managing and maintaining large keyword lists. Keyword research and contextual understanding of what works and what doesn't in the India market is important.
- Perform daily account management of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords
- Maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics.
- Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates for Search and Display campaigns.
- Management of Display network placement lists on AdWords and other contextual advertising platforms.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting across the Search & Display networks, and other facets of paid search in accordance with revenue goals.
- Create new paid search campaigns, ad groups, & keywords and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives as per websites assigned.
- Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
- Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with internal revenue goals.
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
- Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
- Traffic and Competitor Analysis regularly & routinely to maintain an edge Create and execute a robust search engine optimization strategy, including a roadmap of initiatives to drive growth.
- Leverage the best in breed SEO tools to identify SEO opportunities to invest behind including content gaps, keyword opportunities, vertical search opportunities and more.
- Leverage automation tools to ensure all online content is optimized for our SEO goals.
- Work closely with the content and product team to drive the content strategy for blog, website, video, social and other content forms with the goal of improving ranking & growing relevant traffic.
- Drive analytics initiatives to create a culture where everything is measured in realtime and every content decision is monitored from an SEO standpoint.
- Benchmark and monitor competitor performance and activities.
- Learn and stay on top of key trends and best practices in search engine algorithms, competitive landscape, and the industry to develop winning strategies.
- Deep expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies, with past experience in website architecture, SEO audits, and keyword analysis
- Previous experience with technical SEO & strong knowledge of all possible onsite and off-site optimizations.
- Strong data analytics skills
- Intimate Understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the principles of optimization for organic search.
