As a Business Development Associate at CarBox Detailing Studio, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding our clientele. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our premium car detailing services. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and research potential clients within the local area and beyond.
- Utilize various channels such as networking events, referrals, and online platforms to generate leads.
- Reach out to individuals and businesses to introduce CarBox Detailing Studio's services and schedule appointments for demonstrations or consultations.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Conduct follow-up calls or visits to gather feedback and maintain ongoing communication.
