Salary Range: 50000 to 60000
Key Responsibilities:
1) Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive lead generation and sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
2 ) Content Creation and Management:
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, white papers, and presentations.
- Manage content for the company website, blog, and social media channels.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing customers.
3) Digital Marketing:
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimize future efforts.
- Maintain and update the company's CRM system with lead and customer information.
4) Market Research:
- Conduct market research to gather data on consumer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Utilize research findings to inform marketing strategies and campaign development
5)Brand Management:
o Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity through consistent messaging and visual representation.
o Ensure all marketing efforts align with the brand's values and positioning.
6) Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
7)Customer Engagement:
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within apparel industry .
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in [apparel industry] marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics.
- Experience in managing large-scale events and trade shows
