Car Parlour - Graphic Designer (1-3 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Conceptualize and execute a certain design and layout through the use of the principle involved in design.
2. Produce creative assets including graphics, templates, and layouts and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels. These include web, social media, events, email campaigns, and other activations.
3. Deliver high-quality, on-brand graphics to support a superior customer experience
4. Maintain a set of design best practices and guidelines to reduce and minimize production efforts
5. Support your design work using insights from quantitative data and site metrics, segmentation and customer feedback
6. Quality control to ensure accuracy and a high creative bar
7. Present work to team and key stakeholders for review, feedback, and approval
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Previous work in marketing with multi-touch point design
2. Adept at standard designing tools like Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Flash& Illustrator
3. Creative, net savvy and well informed of internet trends
4. Knowledge of social media marketing, content marketing, SEO would be preferred
5. Excellent time management and coordinating skills so that communication is seamless and the team get exactly what they need on time; a minimum of 1-year traditional design and 1-year digital design experience in a production environment.
