Car Parlour - Executive - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
Job Description:
- Use various on-field sales methods like door-door, cold calling, mall exhibitions, etc to meet potential customers and record them as leads
- Clearly explain our service packages and convert these potential customers into paying customers
- Plan and forecast weekly and monthly sales based on potential leads and effort
- Meet personal and team sales targets in line with company targets
- Record and provide customer feedback to the company
- Attend company meetings, sales events and training
Skills required:
- Previous experience in on-field sales either in FMCG or telecom industry
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Computer use competency
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company success
- Team player with good time management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and inter-personal skills
- Driven and self-motivated
- Fluent in Hindi, English and Kannada
