Job Description - National Head :

Role :

The company is a diversification done by a large corporate entity. The company is looking for a national head for business development and Laisoning.

Responsibilities :

- Marketing strategy for business growth

- Coordinating with all the Regional, National & International Chambers & Marketing Association

- Initiate and conclude organic tractions for contracts finalization between the Capximizer and Capximizee

- Lead the team of Regional head - Business Development

- Evolve in consultation with media partner for platform growth

- Creating impact about the Capximize platform through digital marketing with focus on LinkedIn, Facebook,etc.

- To do creative process for client acquisition

Qualification/ Requirements :

- The prerequisite from the qualification perspective - an Engineer + MBA in marketing.

- Experience - 10 - 16 years in a B2B market environment with focused in customer acquisition.

- Age profile: Between 35 - 50 years

- Excellent communication skill with proficiency in English and Hindi is a must.

- A knowledge of regional language will be an added advantage.

- Extremely high level of ambition to grow in the selected career path is essential.

- Attractive remuneration plus performance-based incentive will be offered.
