Capture Meditech - Zonal Sales Manager (5-7 yrs)
Job Description :
The Zonal Sales Manager for NPWT (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy) Devices is responsible for overseeing the sales operations and achieving sales targets within a designated geographic zone. This role involves managing a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in sales, specifically in NPWT devices or related medical devices, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy and Planning :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned zone.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
2. Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Provide training and support to enhance the sales team's skills and effectiveness.
3. Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Sales Operations :
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales processes and adherence to company policies.
5. Market Development :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote NPWT devices.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
6. Product Knowledge :
- Maintain a deep understanding of NPWT devices and their applications.
- Provide product training and support to the sales team and clients.
- Gather feedback from the market to inform product development and improvements.
7. Compliance and Reporting :
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, specifically with NPWT devices.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the designated zone as required.
