Capture Meditech - Territory Sales Manager (3-9 yrs)

Position Overview:

The Territory Sales Manager for Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) Devices will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market share within an assigned territory. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical device sales, specifically within the NPWT segment, and a deep understanding of the clinical applications and benefits of these devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Identify and prioritize target accounts and develop tailored sales strategies.

Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators. Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Organize and conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.

Market Development:

Promote and increase awareness of NPWT devices within the assigned territory.

Attend and represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Clinical Knowledge:

Maintain a high level of clinical and technical knowledge about NPWT devices and their applications. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

Reporting and Administration:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory business plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. Monitor and manage expenses within the allocated budget.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the medical device industry, specifically with NPWT devices.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to understand and communicate complex clinical information.

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in wound care or a related therapeutic area.

Clinical background, such as nursing or medical training, is a plus.

Established network of contacts within the healthcare industry.

Working Conditions:

Travel required within the assigned territory.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary to meet with clients or attend events.

Competitive base salary with commission/bonus structure.
