Captive Sales Manager - IT (12-22 yrs)
This is a direct sales (Services and CAPTIVES Business) role (Individual Contributor role) with Yearly revenue ownership - sales (revenue) achievement.
- Ability to identify and acquire new logos, create new business opportunities.
- Should be able to engage C level executives.
- Should have good understanding of the Captives industry segment with added experience in Enterprise Applications, Infra market in south
- Should be a good communicator with articulate skills.
- This role being customer facing will require leading presentations / discussions with the customers including price and contract negotiation.
- Should be a go getter and be able to own and drive the internal teams towards achieving the stated goals.
- Should have managed multiple large captive accounts sales.
