Captainsales - Senior Manager - Sales (3-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and Implement Partnership Strategy that aligned with the company's objectives to increase brand awareness and market presence.
- Identify and Evaluate Partnership Opportunities through research.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring ongoing engagement, alignment, and effective collaboration.
- Work closely with internal marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives in partnership with external brands.
- Track and analyze the performance metrics of brand partnerships, measuring the success and impact of collaborations, and providing insights for future strategies.
- Stay update of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative collaboration ideas.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in media sales, advertising sales, or related field, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles, media buying processes, and digital advertising trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Persuasive presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Solid negotiation skills and the ability to close deals and overcome objections.
