Captainsales - Executive &Manager - Sales - MICE (0-2 yrs)
1. Lead the MICE team covering all aspects of the department including; sales, proposal development, pricing, product and operations
2. Prepare annual strategy and budget plans for review and provide quarterly updates on progress
3. Assist in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process by developing and / or maintaining pipeline management tools and statistics.
4. To provide monthly sales and competitor reports on all sales activities.
5. Act as main point of contact for VIP site inspections and familiarization programs.
