Captain Sam - Manager - Business Development - Export Vertical (5-7 yrs)
We are a leading frozen food manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers worldwide. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Export Business Development Manager to join our team.
Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Conduct research to identify new international markets and customer needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow our export business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with international buyers.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in export business development in food industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
Skills :
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of international trade laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
