Roles and Responsibilities : 


1. Update and maintain customer information in the database.

2. Provide customers with all the information that they require.

3. Keep track of customer accounts by recording their account information and the issues they have reported.

4. Handle customer complaints actively and ensure their resolution on time.

5. Review customer accounts for any changes.

6. Resolve customer complaints on time and ensure the quality of services is maintained.

7. Handle changes in policies of the company and explain them to the customer.

Key Skills :

1. Must know anyone languages- Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada

2. 0-2 years experience in customer handling.

3. Freshers can also apply.

4. Basic Computer knowledge.

5. Must be knowing Hindi/English as an alternative language.
